BioDynaMo platform used to study spread of viruses in closed environments


Members of the BioDynaMo project team have recently built upon the pioneering BioDynaMo platform to enable it to be used to model the spread of viruses in closed environments. This work could provide important insights in the context of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and was carried out in collaboration with the epidemiological department of the University of Geneva.
